  • Vertically Integrated Maintenance (VM) for Facilities - A study of the VM Program instituted at a major university that has successfully blended their PM Program with our Vertical Maintenance Program. They have made dramatic reductions in deferred maintenance and a significant improvement in the quality and quantity of their PM effort.
